Shipping policy

Free local delivery within the Los Angeles South Bay area. Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days of order placement unless stated otherwise.

We will always try to ship items in stock within 3 to 5 business days unless stated otherwise. We will send you an email with shipment tracking information once your order is shipped. Standard shipping will ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Expedited shipping will ship via USPS Priority Mail Express with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage of an order once an order leaves our facility.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellation Policy

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are terribly unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for another item or for store credit for a future purchase. Please reach out to info@laurenmara.com in the case of requesting an exchange or store credit. Items returned or exchanged without prior notice will not be processed. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. All items must be securely packed in original packaging.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours from time of order placement will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
